These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the k8888 online casino and sports betting platform available at k8888.cam (the "Platform"). 1.2 Account Registration

When registering for a k8888 account you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number and any other details requested during the process. k8888 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify the information provided. Failure to provide accurate information or to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

• Each player is permitted to hold only one account on k8888. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, devices, payment methods or names — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held in those accounts.
• Your account credentials — including your registered mobile number and password — are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party. k8888 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised use of your credentials by a third party.
• k8888 may, at its sole discretion, decline to accept a registration application or close an existing account where it believes a player does not meet the eligibility criteria or has provided false or misleading information.

2.1 Deposits

k8888 accepts deposits from verified players via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and other payment methods listed on the Platform from time to time. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. The following conditions apply:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed on the deposit screen within your account dashboard.
• Deposits are normally credited to your k8888 account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. k8888 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times or network outages.

2.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC identity verification before the first withdrawal is processed. Where technically possible, k8888 processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. The following conditions govern all withdrawal requests:

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed within your account's withdrawal section.
• Bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements may not be withdrawn. Only real-money balances and bonus funds that have fully met their wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.
• k8888 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion as well as the general bonus conditions in this section. k8888 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with or without notice.

3.1 General Bonus Conditions

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by k8888 unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed full KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing at the time of the claim.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. Claiming a bonus that was intended for another player, or transferring bonus credit between accounts, is a breach of these Terms.

3.2 Abuse of Promotions

Strategies designed to exploit promotional offers — including low-risk hedging across multiple markets to guarantee completion of wagering requirements regardless of outcome — are considered abuse and may result in cancellation of the relevant bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and suspension or permanent closure of the account. k8888's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final and binding.

All casino games available on k8888 are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe and others. Game outcomes are determined by each studio's certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, which operates independently of k8888. k8888 does not control or influence individual game results. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a player's device and the result recorded on k8888's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative.

4.1 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on k8888, including cricket betting on BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL and other events:

• Bets are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed, except where k8888 expressly offers a cash-out or bet-cancellation feature for the specific market in question.
• k8888 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were offered in error, where the outcome was determined by fraud or match-fixing, or where the event was cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required play was completed.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits may be adjusted at k8888's discretion at any time, including after a bet has been accepted if k8888 subsequently identifies a pricing or data error.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, arbitrage scripts or any system designed to place bets at speeds or volumes not achievable by a human operator is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

4.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the Platform or any game — including server outages, connectivity failures or software errors — k8888 reserves the right to declare bets placed during the affected period void and to refund the relevant stake amounts. k8888 shall not be liable for any claimed winnings arising from a game result affected by a technical malfunction. k8888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close a player's account at any time where any of the following circumstances apply:

• The player has breached these Terms or any other rules applicable to the Platform, including but not limited to creation of multiple accounts, provision of false personal information, or abuse of bonuses or promotions.
• k8888 has reasonable grounds to suspect the account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• The player has failed to complete identity or source-of-funds verification within the timeframe requested by k8888.
• The player has applied for self-exclusion, or k8888 determines that continued access to the Platform is not in the player's best interest in accordance with its responsible gaming obligations.
• k8888 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation or a directive from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deducting bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of all outstanding verification requirements. k8888 is not obliged to return funds where the account was closed due to fraud, abuse or breach of these Terms.

You are not permitted to use these marks in any manner that implies sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation with k8888 without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of k8888's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k8888 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses resulting from reliance on information published on the Platform, technical failures, or the outcome of any game or bet.

Without limiting the foregoing, k8888 accepts no liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, whether or not such losses were foreseeable at the time the relevant event occurred.
• Service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failure, third-party outages or circumstances beyond k8888's reasonable control.
• Decisions made by a player in reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate or out of date.
• Any loss incurred as a result of a third party gaining unauthorised access to a player's account where the player has failed to maintain adequate security over their login credentials.
